By purchasing Value Pack for Him or Her, you agree to abide by the following Usage & Refund Policy.

1. Risk-Free Trial

  • You can request a refund within 48 hours of delivery (website orders only).

  • Email customercare@dvyneperfumery.com to request a refund.

  • Refund applies to one trial pack only and will be processed after reverse pickup confirmation.

  • After the refund application, your special coupon code will not be addressed

2. Trial Limits

  • Only one redemption per customer.

  • Refund valid for one pack only.

3. Policy Abuse Clause

  • DVYNE Perfumery may deny refunds or cashback if misuse or policy violation is found.
