Exchange & Returns Policy

First of all, we sincerely apologize if your order did not meet your expectations. At DVYNE Perfumery, your satisfaction means the world to us.

That’s why we’ve kept our exchange and return process simple, transparent, and customer-friendly.

🕒 Return & Exchange Window

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase.
  • Perfumes must have at least 90% of the product remaining in the bottle.
  • Returns are applicable only for online purchases.

✅ Eligible Items

We gladly accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Pocket perfumes
  • 30ML, 50ML, and 100ML perfume bottles
  • Gift sets (if unused and complete)

❌ Non-returnable items:

  • Opened testers or used perfumes (more than 10% used)
  • Discounted/promotional items
  • Body mists, car fresheners, and mini decants

💡 Important Notes

  • If your order arrived damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we’ll cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
  • If the cellophane wrapping, tester, or perfume box is missing or damaged, a small charge may apply.
  • Light use (up to 10%) is acceptable with a small handling fee.
  • If more than 10% of the fragrance is used, unfortunately, the return will not be eligible.
  • Delivery charges from your original order are non-refundable.
  • If you’re exchanging a product, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
  • For orders that exceed Rs. 5,000 PKR, we offer an exchange option, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • In such cases, we’ll cover the shipping and send a replacement free of charge.

🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at customercare@dvyneperfumery.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will review your request and share return instructions.
  3. Once your product is received and checked, we’ll process your exchange or refund.

⏳ Processing usually takes 5–7 working days.
