Refund Policy

At DVYNE Perfumery, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return & Exchange Period

  • You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

✅ Product Condition

  • To qualify, products must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the perfume content remaining.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.

  • For orders that exceed Rs. 5,000 PKR, we offer an exchange option, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.
  • For bundle deals, the refund will be applied to the entire deal (No Single Item Will Be Refunded in this case)

✅ Refund & Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your EasyPaisa or JazzCash account.

Note: Value Pack For Her & Him is catered under the Risk Free Trial refund policy.

✅ Delivery Charges

  • Please note that delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for any delivery costs for exchanges.

✅ Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, we will cover all return shipping charges and arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
